“We’re Not Young Anymore” — Girls’ Generation Member Gets Real About Tying The Knot Following Tiffany’s Marriage
On the May 6 episode of tvN’s You Quiz on the Block, the Girls’ Generation “Hyorisoo” members Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Sooyoung made an appearance.
The fake documentary that started from Hyoyeon’s personal YouTube channel about their vocal ambitions and desire to form another Girls’ Generation unit became popular, which fueled their enthusiasm for forming “Hyorisoo.” This led to nationwide participation in choosing the best national vocalist through countless comments.
Sooyoung said, “We originally had a unit called SHY that appeared during concerts,” explaining that “Hyorisoo” wasn’t exactly their first. However, from the debut, they wanted to sing even one more line each, fueled by a strong passion for singing.
Tiffany Young was the first among Girls’ Generation members to get married, tying the know with actor Byun Yo Han. Hyoyeon said, “Honestly, she should have gotten married earlier, but I’m thankful Tiffany did it. Someone had to break the ice. We’re not young anymore.”
She added with a shy smile, “I still dream of having many children.” Yoo Jae Suk asked, “So are you next, Hyoyeon?” She laughed and replied, “I believe what you say will come true, so I think I’m the next in line.”
