Popular Singer Under Fire For Staff Hire Controversy For Overseas Tour
Recently, singer WOODZ has garnered criticism online for hiring staff for his overseas concert without pay.
Previously, a post on a job search site revealed that they were hiring staff for a concert. However, instead of being paid, they would provide food and allow them to watch the concert.

Ticket prices for the show were 245 euros ($~287.33 USD) for VIP, 110 euros ($~129.00 USD) for Priority, and 90 euros ($~105 USD) for general admission.

The job site later revealed that the position had been closed because all applications had been filled.

The position is now closed. Thank you for all the applications. Hello! There is a WOODZ concert in Germany, so I am posting on behalf of a friend who is the organizer.

However, this garnered much criticism online from netizens.

- “Providing food but no pay…who in their right mind is posting this? I’m curious.”
- “Does he think that others will work for free just because you volunteer for free?”
- “What do you mean, a no-pay volunteer job for a commercial event…”
As a result, the organizer left a message in response to the criticism.

It appeared that the company is recruiting unpaid volunteers in exchange for attending the show. I posted this because it could be a great opportunity for fans of the singer, so I would appreciate it if only those interested applied. The interpreter’s position is paid.
