Court Orders Adulterous Boy Group Idol To Pay Affair Partner’s Husband Thousands
In October 2025, Chinese singer and actor Zack Fanchiang accused his wife, Chiang Weilin, of having an affair.
At the time, Fanchiang posted on Instagram, including the allegations. He accused Lollipop member Prince Chu of being his wife’s affair partner, claiming to have proof of the affair between the two, who were friends.
In his response, Prince Chu all but confirmed that some form of inappropriate behavior occurred and that he was sued by Fanchiang alongside the actor’s wife. According to reports, the two admitted their mistakes in court and requested that any verdict be kept private.
Fanchiang opposed this, and the verdict was made public — guilty, with an amount of 1 million NT (around 31,000 USD) to be paid to Fanchiang.
Even with this court win, Fanchiang is still dealing with the fallout of the affair.
In a post on his Instagram account, the star first expressed happiness at being able to play basketball again, but then shared thoughts seemingly about the situation.
