Concert Organizers Slammed For No Refund Policy After Top K-Pop Act Cancels

Fans will not be compensated.

Fans are expressing anger toward the Asia Culture Festival 2026 after organizers announced EXO member Xiumin‘s cancellation while simultaneously stating that no refunds would be offered.

The controversy began after the festival released a notice informing attendees that Xiumin would no longer be appearing at the event.

“Due to various circumstances, Xiumin’s scheduled appearance has been canceled. We sincerely apologize to all those who were looking forward to his performance for this last-minute notice. Please note that there will be no refunds or reimbursements for tickets related to this matter. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.”

The announcement quickly spread across social media, where many fans criticized the decision, arguing that some attendees had specifically purchased tickets to see Xiumin perform.
