BTS’s V Is Blowing Up Everyone’s Weverse Notifications Again

V challenged fans to play a game by his rules.

Ding. Ding. Ding! If your phone has been getting non-stop notifications this week, BTS‘s V might be to blame for it!

At around 4 AM on January 15 (KST), BTS‘s V and Jungkook went on a posting spree that involved playing word games, breaking rules, releasing a song cover, and waking up Jin.

Between the two of them, V and Jungkook caused dozens of Weverse notifications that had fans wondering what the heck was going on!

After all that posting, you’d think they give it a rest, but no. V is back at it again! On the night of January 15 (KST), he commented on more ARMY posts. Then, he invited fans to play a game of Battleground with him.

To play, fans had to abide by these five rules.

Okay! I got an ID from a staff at the office. Rules!

1. Do not share my character ID! Do not add me as a friend either! (I want to keep playing)

2. Do not screenshot (The ID will show, right?)

3. Anyone who wants to play a fun round are welcome! All languages okay too

4. Please don’t get frustrated because I haven’t played in a long time and I’m not that good. I’ll try my best though

5. No chitchatting, just focus on the game

It’s a PC game! If you can follow all those rules, please leave me your nickname with a funny comment 10 minutes from now and I’ll invite you (emoji)

V was hyped about winning, but according to fans, he ended up “dying” right away. Game over!

Battleground with V was short and sweet, but fans probably won’t have to wait long for Round 2. With the way V has been posting lately, he could be the next member to win a Weverse attendance award!

BLACKPINK‘s Rosé updated her Instagram story with a clip of herself having fun with trying out a new filter. Funnily enough, in the bottom corner of it, she’d written the reason why she decided to try it out in the first place.

It was all thanks to Lisa‘s influence.

Earlier that day, Lisa had updated her own Instagram story with a similar clip. The Disney filter placed a bubble above her head, cycling through characters until it chose one specifically for her. With a smile, Lisa eagerly waited for what she’d get and was cracking up at the outcome.

The characters stopped cycling until they reached Scar, the antagonist of The Lion King. It was such a random choice for Lisa that she immediately burst into laughter when she spotted it. When Rosé tried it out, her reaction was completely different.

As soon as Rosé put the filter on, she didn’t seem to have any expectations, especially with the phrase, “Trying cause of Lisa,” written in the corner. She patiently waited for the choice and was pleasantly surprised with what she’d received.

When it stopped on Cinderella, Rosé gave a tight-lipped smile and wide eyes before zooming in on her face for the funniest expression.

It seems like Rosé didn’t mind following Lisa’s lead to find out the hype about the Disney filter. See them have too much fun with it below. Will you be trying it out for yourself, if you haven’t already?

If BTS and ARMY faced off in a Bangtan trivia quiz, who would win?

In the last seven years, BTS have released more songs than some artists produce in a lifetime. Between the rap and vocal verses, there are tons of lyrics to memorize, even if each member focuses solely on his own parts.

In Episode 91 of Run BTS!, BTS’s knowledge was put to the test. They played a sound quiz (refereed by MC V) where they had to identify lyrics after a computer recited them with foreign accents.
