Park Bo Gum denies casting confirmation for “Reply 1988”
Actor Park Bo Gum has denied the casting confirmation for the upcoming tvN drama series Reply 1988.
According to his agency Blossom Entertainment, as of May 18th, “It is true that he auditioned for the role in the past, we never received any reply from the production team since then. So there has been no confirmation for the role.”
Although there have been previous reports that the actor had been confirmed for the role, the insider reconfirmed, “There has been much news regarding the casting confirmation for Reply 1988, however, we never received any confirmation from the production team. We are still waiting for their decision.”
Park Bo Gum is a rising rookie actor who has proved his stellar acting in a recently released film China Town. Currently, he is serving as an MC for KBS’s Music Bank.
