Recently, an actress’s dress seemingly resulted in her getting kicked off the red carpet for an event.
Of the numerous film festivals that take place around the world, Cannes Film Festival, is one of the most documented. Each year, celebrities come from around the world to view and celebrate film.
They also walk the red carpet of the event, stunning netizens with gorgeous gowns and stunning suits. However, this year, Cannes enacted rules for the red carpet, banning nudity and “voluminous outfits” with large trains just 24 hours before the event was set to begin.
These rules ended up affecting Chinese actress Zhao Yingzi, known for her roles in Switch of Fate and God of War Zhao Yun.
During her red carpet walk during the festival, the actress wore a gown from the brand JoliPoli that featured a sheer or sheer appearing corset top.

…but the sheer nature of the dress seemingly resulted in her being escorted from the red carpet. A festival official can be seen speaking with her from a distance, sparking the belief that she broke the festival’s rules.
Despite this, she looked gorgeous and was not the only actress to attempt to bend the red carpet rules!
