Former Girl Group Idol Announces The Birth Of Her First Child

She shared the first photo of her baby.

A former idol is welcoming her first child into the world, three months after revealing her pregnancy to the world.

Miyazaki Yuka is a former founding member of Juice=Juice, a Japanese idol girl group that debuted in 2013. The group quickly rose to fame in Japan, snagging the “Best New Artist” award at the 55th Japan Record Awards the same year they debuted. Yuka has remained active in the entertainment industry since leaving Juice=Juice in 2019.

She announced her marriage to a non-celebrity man on August 4, 2023, and her pregnancy on June 2, 2025. Due to her pregnancy, she hit pause on her activities for the time being.

On September 8, Yuka posted on Instagram to announce her child’s birth with a photo that shows the baby’s clothing, but not their face, and in the caption, she expressed her gratitude to her supporters.

I am sincerely grateful for the support I received from so many people throughout my pregnancy and delivery. As my child grows, I hope to grow and learn as well. It would mean a lot to me if you could continue to watch over us warmly.
