Popular Actor’s “Soft Launch” Pride Post “Confirms” Dating Rumors With Male Star
A male actor’s post, timed for the start of Pride, has raised several eyebrows.
One of the most popular drama genres is BL (boy love). While there are many popular ones worldwide, the BL industry in Thailand is massive, with many couples having such a big following that they can hold fan meetings.
Couples are usually paired together and appear in multiple works, sometimes resulting in rumors about their relationship going beyond acting.
Popular Actor’s Actions Spark Dating Rumors With Another Male Star
In 2021, the Thai drama A Tale of Thousand Stars led to a massive rise in popularity for the show’s stars, “Earth” Pirapat Watthanasetsiri and “Mix“Sahaphap Wongratch. Also known as “EarthMix,” the pair has since appeared in series including Ossan’s Love Thailand and Only Friends: Dream On.
On June 2, Earth shared a story update on his Instagram account with the caption “To be honest with your love, love is more beautiful #PrideMonth.” The post included a photo of what is assumed to be him walking alongside Mix on a beach.
Many saw this, along with other details surrounding the post, as a “confirmation” that the two are in a relationship. The pair is also known for their loud and open support of the LGBT rights movement in the country, including the legalization of same-sex marriage.
