Then she started to chastise me in front of the whole place about how it took me one hour. Her friend gestured that I should go, so I went to help other customers. That’s when she yelled, “You call yourself an owner, being this rude and walking away when I’m talking to you”

I’m not sure if this is normal. I can’t really talk about it to anyone, and not sure if I should talk to him about it. Is it normal? I can’t really look at him anymore.”
