They’re treasures hidden in plain sight.

New K-Pop groups debut all the time, and while some of them eventually reach great success like BTS or TWICE, other groups, such as Dreamcatcher, don’t get the attention they deserve despite their talent and hard work. Here are 5 groups, listed in no particular order, as chosen by fans.

They have awesome vocals and visuals. I watched them since debut but I don’t remember their names yet because they keep changing/adding members and I am not good at trying to know girl group members’ face and names. One thing for sure, they have nice vocals and their songs are great.

2. Red Square

Their most recent song is their debut song Color Full and they seem to have a bright yet classy concept.

3. PurpleBeck

Purplebeck is a K-pop girl group that debuted on June 24, 2019 and consists of 5 members.

Their debut song, “Crystal Ball”, showcases that their biggest charm as a group are their vocals. Their music style can vary on different kpop sub-genres, but most of their songs stick to the topic of dreams.

4. BVNDIT

I mean, they’re under the same company as Chungha. They have really energetic songs with a slightly Latin vibe and their voices are all unique and blend together very well. It’s really sad that they’re not more well known because they’re really good.

5. HOTSHOT

They debuted under Star Crew Entertainment in 2014. In 2017, members Noh Taehyun and Ha Sungwoon participated in the show Produce 101, Sungwoon participating in the debut group WannaOne.
