Most stars make their money through album sales, touring, and advertisements—but, some take their entrepreneurial spirit one step further. These six crazy rich stars are making bank in the real estate market flipping properties worth over $10 million USD.
1. YoonA (Girls’ Generation)
Girls’ Generation’s YoonA is considered one of K-Pop’s biggest real estate tycoons, and it’s no surprise why. In October 2018, she purchased a modern building worth over ₩10.0 billion KRW (about $8.83 million USD).
The six-floor building is located in Cheongdam-dong, one of the best areas to make a huge return on investment when it comes to real estate.
2. Taeyang (Big Bang)
For most married couples, the most expensive newlywed spend is a fancy honeymoon. For Big Bang’s Taeyang, however, it was an incredibly pricey home.

Situated in an ideal location, the 1084-square meter building has five floors and one basement level. Park Seo Joon allowed his hair and makeup staff to relocate their business to the upper floors at a reduced cost in light of the pandemic.
