It should be common for Korean celebrities to get paid on time, but this isn’t always the case. These 9 actors are still waiting to get paid for past works they have done, as some of them have been waiting for over a decade!

1. Gong Seung Yeon & Jung Yoo Mi

Gong Seung Yeon and Jung Yoo Mi were cast members on Master: God of Noodles, which aired in 2016. In 2018, the two revealed that they still hadn’t been fully paid for their appearance on the K-Drama. Since then, there have been no updates of any repayment.

2. Sung Yu Ri

Sung Yu Ri was a cast member on the drama Swallow the Sun, which aired in 2009. In 2018, nearly a decade after the conclusion of the drama, it was publically revealed that Sung Yu Ri had still not been fully paid for her appearance on the show.

3. Lee Na Young, Lee Jung Jin, and Rain (Jung Ji Hoon)

These three actors were all cast members on Fugitive: Plan B and all ran into the same problem. The three still haven’t received their full payments for their appearance on the show. A reason for this is that the production company for the drama ended up shutting down, which led to the actors not getting fully paid.

4. Kim Min Jung

Strike Love was a K-Drama that aired in 2009, and Kim Min Jung was one of the lead actresses. It’s been over a decade since this drama concluded, but Kim Min Jung still hasn’t been paid for her appearance.

5. Kim Woo Bin & Go Soo
