The Top Moment Each BABYMONSTER Member Shook Us With Their Live Vocals

BABYMONSTER is gaining attention at a rapid pace for their incredible vocals. They are the newest YG Entertainment girl group, made up of members Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita.

Living up to their company name, the girls have been earning praise for their live performances in every radio show, YouTube appearance, and music show stage that they’ve been on.

Each one has proven that they can hold a note and do it well. Check out their most memorable moments below!

1. Rami

First up, Rami is widely considered to be the main vocalist of BABYMONSTER. She has a strong voice that can carry any note with ease.

She showed this effortless ability on the day the group first performed at a music show, going viral with her acapella singing skills.

2. Ahyeon

Ahyeon has also gone viral several times in Korea thanks to her vocal skills. She’s the type of all-rounder who can sing, dance, and rap at a high level with ease.

The performance that made her big in Korea was her rendition of Charlie Puth‘s “Dangerously” on The Last Evaluation. It currently has a whopping 41 million views on YouTube.

She sang it again post-debut on Knowing Bros, amazing everyone on set with her powerful singing.

3. Pharita

Pharita is a Thai member who has been with the company since 2020. She has a beautiful vocal color that makes her stand out in each song.

Singing live is also no problem for her, doing so confidently whenever she’s asked.

One of her most memorable solo performances was her cover of “All Of Me” by John Legend.

4. Chiquita

Chiquita is the youngest member of BABYMONSTER. Besides her incredible stage presence, she also impresses viewers with her consistently stable vocals, being able to sing well even when she’s sick as seen in her “Traitor” (Olivia Rodrigo) cover. She had recovered from COVID-19 just a few days before this performance.

Besides this performance, fans loved her introductory video which showed off her ability to sing with full emotions.

She moved them so much that they said she sang as if “she’s going through a breakup.”

5. Rora

Rora is the second youngest member of BABYMONSTER at just 15 years old. She’s a strong vocalist who can confidently sing any part in a song.

Her stunning voice was highlighted in the sole ballad of BABYMONSTER called “Stuck in the Middle.”

6. Ruka

Ruka is primarily a rapper and dancer, thus having few opportunities to show off her singing skills.

Still, she had a small part in “Stuck in the Middle” that proved she can, in fact, sing when given the chance.

She also showed in a behind the scenes clip that she can hold a dolphin-like high note easily.

7. Asa

Last but certainly not the least, Asa often surprises new fans with how good she is at singing despite being one of the group’s strongest rappers. She is an all-rounder who can sing, rap, and write her own music.
