Brave Girls Recommend These Songs To Soldiers Currently In The Military

They’re bringing the classics back!

Brave Girls have made an enormous comeback after being extremely close to disbanding. Who’s to thank for this? Suprisingly, the military! After a viral video of the girls performing “Rollin'” for the military, the girls became sensations overnight.

Due to the group’s popularity with the Korean military, the girls have created a playlist of songs they thought the soldiers would like!

Eunji

1. “I Like U Too Much” by SONAMOO

SONAMOO debuted in 2014 and is currently reported to be on hiatus. This song is bright and fun with just the right amount of cute. It’s sure to brighten a soldier’s day.

2. “On The Road” by DIA

DIA debuted back in 2015, and their most recent song was 9 months ago with “Hug U.” This song is light and refreshing. It almost sounds like a K-Drama OST! It’s an easily loveable song.

3. “Nonstop” by OH MY GIRL

OH MY GIRL debuted back in 2015, and their most recent song, “Nonstop,” has been gaining amazing amounts of attention. It cute, quirky, and fun to dance to!

1. “Love Options” by BESTie

BESTie debuted all the way back in 2013 but sadly disbanded in 2018 with their final song, “Excuse Me.” “Love Options,” while fun and catchy, only really had popularity in 2013 and 2014 and has somewhat become lost in recent years. Let’s get these soldiers dancing again!

2. “Will You Go Out With Me?” by DIA

Brave Girls seem to love DIA! This is a unique song with a fun and adorable story. They even composed it themselves!

3. “What’s My Name?” by T-ARA

T-ARA debuted all the way back in 2009, making it one of the classic girl groups of K-Pop. The company states that they are on hiatus, but the girls stated that they disbanded in 2018. “What’s My Name?” was their final song, soft and full of deep hidden meaning.

1. “Figaro” by 9Muses

9Muses debuted back in 2010 and sadly disbanded in 2019. “Figaro is a song that came out early in their career (2011) and has an interesting mix of funky 80s and powerful 90s vibes.

2. “I Wonder” by Playback (Feat. Eric Nam)

Playback debuted in 2015 and unfortunately quietly disbanded in 2018. Always an underrated group, this song with Eric Nam did not get a lot of attention. It’s a sweetly upbeat song that definitely deserves more love.

3. “LADY” by Yubin

Yubin debuted as a solo artist in 2018 but is a veteran in the industry as she originally debuted with the Wonder Girls in 2007. She has become well known for her 80s style, and City Pop sound as the retro concept has been becoming increasingly popular.

1. “WooWoo” by DIA

“WooWoo” was released in 2018, destined to be a Summer anthem. The music video is unique in that it asked viewers to find DIA’s “secret items” hidden throughout the video!

2. “A” by Rainbow

Rainbow was a quintessential girl group that debuted back in 2009. They disbanded in 2016 but came together in 2019 to make a song for their 10th anniversary. “A” is a catchy dance track that will have you leaving your seat in an instant.

3. “Boogie Up” by Cosmic Girls (WJSN)

Cosmic Girls, now more commonly known as WJSN, debuted in 2016 and are still going strong. “Boogie Up” is one of their more recent songs that brought positive vibes to the summer of 2019.

The playlist, of course, also included many of Brave Girls’ songs over the years.
