BTS’s 5 Golden Twitter Rules — Created (And Broken) By Themselves

Do they ever follow #4? 🤣

The members of BTS are free to post whatever they like on Twitter, including selfies, music recommendations, their latest hobbies, and more. However, the boys established some ground rules just to make sure they’re taking care of their public image. Check out the five rules they try their “best” to follow!

1. No Swearing

BTS always does their best to stay away from curse words on social media.

You’ll hardly catch them ever cursing, but on occasion, they save those words for extreme measures — like when J-Hope interrupted Suga‘s nap!

2. No Individual Accounts

No member of BTS has an individual social media account.

They all share the group’s respective accounts for Twitter. They do, however, have their own personal Instagram accounts.

3. Don’t post pictures exposing your body

On Twitter, you’ll hardly catch any member of BTS shirtless or exposed in any way.

On Weverse, however, anything goes!

Sometimes, they might bend the Twitter rules a little, like this shirtless photo of Jungkook that Jin posted.

4. Funny derp photos can only be posted with permission

Derp photos are hilarious and a part of what makes BTS’s Twitter so much fun.

However, if the member in the photo doesn’t like it, they can’t upload it!

Well, at least they say they won’t upload it!

5. Don’t tweet after drinking

The best decisions are not always made after one too many drinks, so the members prefer to tweet when sober.

However, they definitely make for some hilarious stories!
