Here Are The Highest Charting K-Pop Female Artists On Spotify’s Global Chart

Queens, all of them.

The number of streams on music streaming sites is a great indication of how popular a group is. Recently, fans released a chart showing the highest streams among female idols on the Global Spotify Daily Chart.

1. BLACKPINK – 69.23%

According to the chart, BLACKPINK has the highest streams at 69.23%. Their most recent comeback as a group was in April 2019 with the song “Kill This Love”. Fans are eagerly anticipating their return to the music scene this month!

2. Jennie – 9.68%

BLACKPINK member Jennie came in second at 9.68%, which is remarkable considering she only released one song, “Solo”, way back in 2018.

When combined together, BLACKPINK dominates a whopping 78.91% of the chart!

3. Red Velvet – 6.42%

Red Velvet has the third most streams at 6.42%. They made a comeback at the end of 2019 with the song “Psycho”, and it quickly became a hit among fans and non-fans alike!

4. TWICE – 5.82%

TWICE followed closely behind Red Velvet with a streaming percentage of 5.82%. They recently made a comeback with the song “MORE & MORE”, and you should definitely give it a listen if you haven’t yet!

5. ITZY – 3.92%

Girl group ITZY came next on the chart at 3.92%, and it’s easy to see why! They have many hit songs with addictive melodies, and their latest song “WANNABE” even started a dance craze!

6. (G)I-DLE – 2.64%

Following ITZY is (G)I-DLE at 2.64%. It’s hard to recommend just one song from this well-rounded girl group, but a good start would be “Oh my god” with its catchy beat and mesmerizing music video!

7. IU – 2.28%

To round it all up, solo singer IU garnered 2.28% of the Global Spotify Daily Chart. As the Queen of OSTs, all of her songs are worth a listen, but we recommend checking out her latest release “eight”!
