5 “Disappointing” K-Drama Series That Viewers Stopped Watching In February
When an exciting, new show is announced, K-Drama fans eagerly add it to their watch lists. Unfortunately, some highly anticipated new series fell flat for viewers in February 2025.
1. When the Stars Gossip
This science fiction Netflix series starring Lee Min Ho, Gong Hyo Jin, Oh Jung Se, and more might be the most hated K-Drama of 2025 so far. What begins as a fateful encounter between an astronaut and a space tourist on a space station ends with a love story that some viewers wish they had never experienced.

One Redditor who stopped watching When the Stars Gossip compared it to a spaceship that imploded at launch. Another called it “the worst and most offensive” K-Drama they have ever watched due to the female lead’s story arc and overall bad writing. Some viewers also felt that the chemistry between the leads was nonexistent.
