Meet The Bad*ss Women Of Netflix’s “Physical: 100” Spin-Off, “Physical: Asia”
Earlier this year, it was announced that Netflix’s breakout series, Physical: 100, would return with a new format. This time, the competitors would be pulled from countries around Asia instead of a cast of only individuals who live or worked in Korea.

On each team, there are two women with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
Let’s meet them all!
1. Choi Seung Yeon
Team South Korea’s Choi Seung Yeon is a CrossFit athlete who has competed in the official CrossFit Games four times. She was ranked 25th in the world following the 2025 CrossFit Games.

Team South Korea’s Jang Eun Sil is a Physical: 100 alumni and competes in Women’s wrestling and Ssireum. She made it to the first season’s 7th episode before being eliminated.

Team Thailand’s “Ploy” Nuannaree Olsen is a competitive bodybuilder, who also teaches Muy Thai.

Team Indonesia’s Fina Phillipe is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and actress, having started her career as a host in 2014.
