5th Gen Idol’s Literally Sh*tty Interaction With Fan Sparks Outrage
One of the best parts of being a fan of K-Pop groups is the interactions between fans and idols. These happen in several ways, but one of the more recent and widely sought-after ways is video calls or fan signs, though reactions to them are not always positive for various reasons.
A video call with NCT WISH‘s Sakuya recently left many fans and non-fans disgusted.
NCT WISH recently returned with “poppop” and have since been promoting the album.
This includes video calls that have allowed them to meet fans.
The call in question took place on May 15, KST, and involved a fan getting the idol to pretend to eat poop. From the clip posted, the fan is literally holding something that appears to be poop on a plate, and presumably getting Sakuya to pretend to take a bite.

The call is actually a continuation of another call the OP did with Sakuya, where they asked if he would rather have a rumor spread that he ate poop when he didn’t or if he would actually eat poop and get number 1 on Billboard.
The “poop” in question is actually a dessert treat, which they shared after the fact.

Despite these explanations, netizens have expressed disgust over the call, questioning why someone would do this. Some even felt that Sakuya, who is currently 17 years old, was visibly uncomfortable with the situation.
