Aespa‘s Karina and Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon were the cutest besties at the premiere of Confidential Assignment 2, which they attended to show their support for Taeyeon’s fellow member Yoona.

Yoona is starring in the movie alongside actors Hyun Bin, Yoo Hae Jin, Daniel Henney, and Jin Seon Kyu. It is set to release on September 7.

Fans were excited to see Karina at the premiere, and not just because she showed off her flawless visuals and body proportions.

Fans were particularly happy to see her there because she has often expressed her love and admiration for Girls’ Generation, and is in fact one of their biggest fans!

And of course, the leader of Girls’ Generation, Taeyeon, couldn’t miss Yoona’s big moment either.

Sadly, fans were left unable to get a picture of the two of them with Yoona…

…but MYs were overjoyed to see Karina and Taeyeon’s interactions at the event, especially since they were spotted walking around adorably holding hands.

In a Bubble message following the event, Karina shared with fans that she had been super nervous because it was her first time attending a movie premiere. Luckily, Taeyeon had been there! Karina had spent a lot of time sticking to her and holding her hand, leading MYs to thank Taeyeon for being so thoughtful toward Karina.
