“Music Bank In Chile” Canceled Mid-Show Due To Extreme Weather Conditions

The show was canceled after a rain delay.

KBS‘s Music Bank returned with their first global concert in three years with a show in Chile, which took place at the outdoor arena, Estadio Monumental David Arellano.

The exciting line-up boasted the talented groups, NCT DREAM, THE BOYZ, (G)I-DLE, ATEEZ, TXT, and STAYC.

The outdoor arena in the Chilean capital of Santiago holds about 47,000 fans and was filled ahead of the show.

Due to thunderstorms that developed mid-show, the concert was halted and eventually canceled as it was deemed weather conditions were too dangerous for the artists and fans.

Due to the weather conditions, TXT, NCT DREAM, and ATEEZ were unable to perform but came out on stage one final time to thank fans and express their regret that they couldn’t perform for fans after the unfortunate weather cancellation.

The show was to be performed live on November 12 and broadcast for international viewers at a later date in December. The plans for that broadcast after the cancellation have yet to be announced.
