Alleged School Violence Victim Exposes Song Hayoon’s Demands
Alleged victim “A”, who claims to have been assaulted by actress Song Hayoon during her school days, announced that she would take legal action after returning to Korea.
On August 21, “A” made a post on the online community board Nate Pann, titled, “I am the victim of Song Hayoon’s school violence. Legal action against Song Hayoon and the law firm.”
After 12 months of no official response, Song Hayoon’s side filed a criminal complaint around March. In May, the investigative authorities decided to ’suspend the investigation’ and ‘suspend the status of suspect’. However, last month, they suddenly designated me as a ‘wanted person’ and ‘suspect’ and filed another complaint for false accusation. I intend to pursue legal action against this.

According to “A,” Song Hayoon’s side demanded a public apology for the false confession. They also claimed to have officially confirmed documents related to Song Hayoon’s forced transfer from the administrative agency.
We received a non-disclosure decision, not a nonexistent document. This is clear, objective, and direct evidence that Song Hayoon’s lawsuit was based on false information.

“A” revealed they plan to sue Song Hayoon for false accusation, defamation, and coercion, and to pursue a civil damages claim.
I had no intention of dragging this matter into further dispute. Even though Song Hayoon and her law firm attempted to brand me as a ‘criminal’ based on false claims, I offered an honorable exit to resolve the matter peacefully. However, they ignored my good intentions, demanded a public apology for the false confession, and threatened additional legal action if I did not comply.

“A”, who is a U.S. citizen, is preparing to enter Korea at the request of the authorities and plans to release a fourth statement on August 25.
