Another Super Junior Member Unfollows Siwon Amid Backlash Over “Islamophobic” Post
Recently, Super Junior‘s Siwon has been involved in a controversy surrounding his online activity.

After his initial post and the backlash over his support for a controversial political figure, Siwon has continued to draw the ire of netizens. There is a movement for his removal from the group, which has only increased after his “apology” for a post many considered to be “racist and Islamophobic” with added context.
This, in part, was encouraged by what appeared to be adverse reactions from some of the group members, including Leeteuk, who unfollowed the idol and seemed to react to greeting him at the airport for a recent schedule.
