ASTRO member and actor Cha Eunwoo’s recent appearance has once again attracted attention.
Recently, a photo of Cha Eunwoo on stage at the military band event held on the 23rd have been rapidly spreading on online communities and social media.
In the released picture, Cha Eunwoo appears in a neat tuxedo, holding a microphone and saluting. Though dressed in a suit rather than a military uniform, he still exudes a composed atmosphere that captured viewers’ eyes.
Especially, standing among the orchestra members on stage gave the impression of watching a finely crafted performance. His precise posture and calm expression led to comments calling it a “military band visual.”
This recent update is gaining even more attention because it came after the recent tax issue controversies. Earlier, Cha Eunwoo faced a National Tax Service investigation related to transactions involving a family-owned corporation, causing a major stir when an initial tax bill of about ₩20.0 billion KRW (about $13.6 million USD) was reported.
After undergoing pre-tax review and adjustment procedures, the actual payment was finalized at approximately ₩13.0 billion KRW (about $8.82 million USD). His agency stated, “All personal income taxes have been paid, and some refunds are expected to be processed.”
