In an interview with Elle, Baek Yerin revealed how she felt after leaving JYPE and starting anew, all by herself as the CEO of a label!

It’s true that I was a little scared, but having spent quite awhile working in the system of a big company, I felt that it was about time for new experiences.

She also spoke fondly of her label and staff, and how it’s one of the best decisions she ever made for her career!

Even though it’s a small label, it’s very encouraging to have my own label. Even though there’s more weight on my shoulders, I feel freer and happier to work in a new system, gathering opinions with my small staff and putting our heads together.
