Beautiful Actress Boldly Discusses Her Chest Size With Male Star
A beloved Korean actress has drawn attention from viewers with her candid and cheerful talk, especially with her daring discussion about her chest size.
A video released on the 28th on actress Kang Ye Won‘s YouTube channel featured comedian Lee Sang Joon as a guest. The two naturally continued their conversation, discussing their ideal types, views on dating, and preferences in appearance.

The highlight of the day was their honest talk about looks and plastic surgery. When asked about his ideal type, Lee Sang Joon replied, “I used to focus a lot on outward appearance, but these days, I prefer natural charm over something enhanced by surgery.”

Kang Ye Won responded warmly, saying, “You really know how to tell. Women should stay natural, no surgery,” adding, “This is my selling point. I haven’t had any surgery,” and emphasized, “My body is all natural.”
Soon after, Lee Sang Joon asked, “Is there a reason you say that so confidently?” Kang Ye Won candidly shared, “I used to be a D cup, but now I’m about a C cup,” adding, “I think it’s decreased a bit with age,” showing her down-to-earth charm.

Kang Ye Won also revealed that she once considered having volume-related surgery. Lee Sang Joon joked, “Don’t tell me you were thinking about a Z cup,” to which Kang Ye Won burst out laughing, maintaining the cheerful mood.

She also turned to the camera and gave a playful piece of advice: “Everyone, don’t have surgery. Men say they like natural looks. I didn’t know that,” grabbing attention.
Meanwhile, Kang Ye Won recently sparked interest by revealing on her YouTube channel that she underwent restorative surgery after a medial epicanthoplasty. She said at the time, “I was never satisfied after the medial epicanthoplasty,” and “I decided to restore it because my eyes started to look narrower and closer together.”
She added, “I wanted to get my old face back,” and “This looks like my original face now, but people don’t even recognize me,” expressing satisfaction after the surgery.
