BLACKPINK Surpasses BTS and Sets a New Record
BLACKPINK‘s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” is now the most watched K-Pop video on YouTube.
BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” currently has over 618,000,000 views on YouTube.
The previous record holder was BTS with “DNA”, which currently has over 617,000,000 views.
Ever since BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” came out last June, the video grew in popularity at a very rapid pace and continued to break records among female K-Pop groups.
However, this new record proves that BLACKPINK is not only dominating the K-Pop field among female artists but among all K-Pop artists overall.
This isn’t the only video that has accumulated an astounding number of views.
BLACKPINK’s “As If It’s Your Last” and Boombayah” currently have over 400,000 000 views, and “Playing With Fire” and “Whistle” currently have 300,000,000 views.
