BLACKPINK’s Jennie And Jisoo Can’t Stop Teasing BIGBANG’s Taeyang While Showing Support For His Song With BTS’s Jimin

If you know the reference, it’s showcases their friendship even more!

When it was first announced that BIGBANG‘s Taeyang would be collaborating with BTS‘s Jimin, netizens couldn’t contain their excitement as teasers started to come out.

On January 13, after a lot of anticipation, Taeyang finally released his track “VIBE” with Jimin.

Well, it seems like it isn’t just netizens and BTS who are out to show support for the group. Although he is now under THE BLACK LABEL, Taeyang started with BIGBANG under YG Entertainment, so it wasn’t surprising that the song also gained a lot of love from the members of BLACKPINK.

After the song was posted, members of BLACKPINK shared stories supporting their senior artists. JennieJisoo, and Rosé posted screenshots of the song, and shared their love for the track in the comments.

Alongside the stories from Jennie and Rosé, two comments particularly caught the attention of netizens and made them LOL.

The first was a comment from Jennie as, under one of Taeyang’s posts, the BLACKPINK idol commented, I missed you so much.” The reason that it was so funny was that Jennie was teasing Taeyang for something he said at a concert to fans, and it became a meme.

Jisoo‘s comment was similar, but this time it appeared on her Instagram story. Along with the song, Jisoo also expressed her inner meme after commenting, “Yeoreobun…”

Like Jennie’s comment, Jisoo’s take on “Yeoreobun” was also a well-loved meme from Taeyang and came from something he did at a past concert.

And it’s not even the first time Jisoo has referenced the iconic meme. During one of their BORN PINK shows, netizens couldn’t stop laughing after Jisoo mimicked the iconic meme.

Although they aren’t under the same label anymore, it’s reassuring to know that they still have a friendship allowing them to tease each other on social media. The members showcased their support but also their friendship with each other, and it isn’t surprising that it gained attention from fans.
