BLACKPINK Jennie’s “Solo” Listed As One Of The Highlights Of Coachella

We can’t wait for their full concert in the U.S.

BLACKPINK made history earlier this month with their first full-length performance in America at Coachella.

While the girl group’s performance stood out as a memorable moment, Jennie‘s “debut within a debut” was higlighted as one of the top 10 best moments of Coachella by Billboard themselves.

[It’s] an honour to be a part of Coachella

— Jennie

Jennie was credited with stunning choreography as she took to the stage to perform her hit song, “Solo”–becoming the first ever K-Pop solo artist to perform at Coachella.

Just about every moment of K-pop group BLACKPINK’s Coachella performance was memorable, but Jennie’s debut within a debut was particularly mindblowing for BLINKs and casual passerby alike. It’s “an honor to be a part of Coachella,” Jennie told the crowd earlier. Delivering stunning choreography alongside her backup dancers, Jennie strutted around the impressive domed Sahara Stage, unable to stop grinning as she became the first-ever K-pop solo artist to perform at the fest.

While their performance at Coachella could have been a prelude to their full-length American concert on April 17, Jennie’s performance was definitely something the audience took away from that night.
