In an interview with Vogue Korea, the BLACKPINK vocalist revealed the full list of items she carries in her bag on a regular basis. One of them was earphones, opening up the discussion about her music preferences.

I want to listen to music while moving. I always have headphones in the car too.

When asked about the artists she currently follows, she did not hesitate to mention Rihanna and Britney Spears. The two are pop music icons who have topped the charts release after release throughout their careers.

Vogue Korea: What kind of music do you listen to?

Jisoo: These days, I listen to a lot of Rihanna and Britney Spears.

Rather than picking a specific song of theirs that she plays on repeat, she likes their entire repertoire. Jisoo continuously shuffles their albums, showing that she loves everything they release.

Rather than listening to one song, I like to listen to that singer’s songs on shuffle. I want to listen to all music so I recommend [the shuffle feature].

This isn’t the first time Jisoo has mentioned them. In a past interview with Beats 1, she named Rihanna as her biggest music inspiration.

She also mentioned Britney Spears through her Instagram account. Two post captions from November 2021 read “Oops I Did It Again” when put together, a reference to Britney’s 2000 hit song.
