BLACKPINK’s Lisa Opens Up About Self-Love And The Coronavirus In New Allure Magazine
BLACKPINK‘s Lisa recently featured on the cover of Allure Korea’s June issue, where she opened up about loving herself and the recent state of the world caused by the coronavirus.
Considering how she’s one of the most influential K-Pop icons of the decade, the interviewer wanted to know how she perceives self-love. “I also love myself. I never want to forget myself right now.”
She explained that her bright and happy personality was something innate in her that she was simply born with!
Although she emphasized the importance of loving oneself, she also thanked her fans and everyone who showed love and support for who she is now. “I’m so happy that many people love me for just who I am.”
Lisa also commented on how she hasn’t been able to perform in front of her fans for the past couple of months due to the coronavirus. However, she’s decided to take the inevitable situation to prepare for the day when she’s reunited with her BLINKs!
There’s nothing we can do about [the shutdown] because it’s for everyone’s health and safety. I’m also spending my days being careful.
It’s very upsetting that we can’t personally go meet our fans, but I’m working hard to prepare for the day when I can show them an amazing image.
