BLACKPINK Rosé's Birthday Celebrations In Abu Dhabi Remind Her Of A Special Friend Back Home

BLACKPINK is currently on their BORN PINK world tour, which has been upgraded from 45 shows to 53 shows after dates were added to the Asia leg of the tour. Fans highly anticipated this tour as it is their first world tour after the group’s nearly two-year hiatus and is promised by YG Entertainment to be one of the largest tours ever to be conducted by a girl group in K-Pop’s history.

A lot of music in BLACKPINK’s style has been prepared with great effort for a long time. BLACKPINK will embark on the largest-ever world tour for a K-Pop girl group by the end of the year alongside their comeback to expand their communication and reach with fans across the world. We will continue large-scale projects for the group as well.

On their tour, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé have celebrated their birthdays, and BLINKs are sure to shower Lisa in birthday love when she celebrates her in March.

Rosé was the most recent member to celebrate her birthday on tour, even if it was a little early. BLINKs in Abu Dhabi were particularly excited to celebrate her February birthday and surprised her with a gorgeous three-tier cake decorated with special friends, her beloved pets! She then gave fans a long-awaited update on one of her sweet animal pals.

As Rosé admired the cake, she couldn’t help but be reminded of her beloved dog Hank, and her fishes Joohwangie and Eunbyul, who live with Rosé’s family. She previously had a fish named Eunhee, who sadly passed away in 2018.

Ever since Rosé introduced fans to her adorable pet family, BLINKs have wanted to know how they’re doing, and one fan even hilariously checked on Joohwangie during BLACKPINK’s concert in Ontario, Canada.

While her fellow group members prepared to sing her “Happy Birthday” in Abu Dhabi, Lisa asked Rosé again about her beloved fish Joohwangie, and Rosé was happy to report that he is “really healthy” and is now five or six years old!

After fans sadly witnessed the moment Rosé learned that her fish Eunhee had passed during their reality show BLACKPINK HOUSE in 2018, they were certainly happy to hear everyone is doing well and staying healthy!
