Among the guests that were invited to the FENTY Beauty after-party was none other than Jennie from BLACKPINK!

Some BLINKs have been particularly ecstatic at this meeting since Rihanna is one of Jennie’s biggest idols.

In an interview with ELLE Korea, Jennie was asked who her No. 1 girl crush was.

And her idol Rihanna has always had a special place in her heart.

My number one idol will always be Rihanna. She has everything I want to have.

Rihanna even played a role in Jennie becoming an idol.

It has been revealed in the past that she performed Rihanna’s “Take a Bow” when she auditioned for YG Entertainment for the first time.

Jennie’s cover was so impressive that she was one of the few people who were accepted that day out of thousands.

And with many years of hard work and determination, Jennie is one of the only people who have debuted as an idol in YG Entertainment.

As a member of BLACKPINK, Jennie has skyrocketed to global success, as the “It” girl of Korea.

And finally, she has been able to meet the woman who has inspired her a million times.

Jennie has certainly been no stranger to meeting her idols.

After months of fangirling over “New Rules,” Jennie and Lisa personally met Dua Lipa at her concert in Seoul.

That meeting would progress to a song collaboration with “Kiss and Make Up,” and then Dua would even make a surprise appearance at BLACKPINK’s Newark concert!

One by one, Jennie is meeting all of her idols. And she deserves it!
