BLACKPINK's "Kill This Love" Is Officially The Most Viewed Music Video In 24 Hours In YouTube's History

Many BLINKs suspected that their newest music video “Kill This Love” was the most viewed music video in 24 hours ever but no official source existed, until now.

YouTube responded to Billboard’s question about the matter and confirmed that BLACKPINK now hold the record. “Kill This Love” earned 56.7 million views in its first 24 hours on the platform.

This means the song has beaten out Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next” which earned 55.4 million views in the same amount of time. “Kill This Love” is also the fastest music video to reach 100 million views on YouTube, beating out BTS in this category.

BLACKPINK continue to impress ahead of the North American leg of their “In Your Area” world tour and their dates at the Coachella music festival.
