Brave Girls recently sat down for an interview with Esquire Korea, where they answered questions sent in by fans and netizens!

While talking about how “Rollin’” suddenly took off to the top of the charts, maknae Yuna revealed that while she’s thankful that the song is doing well now, she actually expected “Rollin’” to do well when it was first released back in 2017 and was disappointed when it didn’t!

When we first released the song “Rollin’”, we thought this is gonna be at the top of the charts. But it was not. Anyway, people like this song now, and I am thankful for that.

Yujeong echoed her sentiments, sharing that while she did not foresee the current success of “Rollin’”, she did expect it to perform well on the charts when they first released it!

I totally didn’t see this coming. It’s the same for all of us. When we got this song for the first time, I also thought that this is gonna be in the top 100 [of the charts]. But it was 190th on the list.

It’s not super low, but I thought it could be better than that.

She then spoke about how happy she is that the song is finally getting the attention it deserves!

But now, it’s in 2nd place for 2 weeks. I am grateful for that, and thanks to our fans!
