BTOB‘s Changsub is soon going on hiatus.
On March 21, Changsub’s agency, Fantagio, released a statement regarding the idol’s condition via his official company account. It was announced that Changsub was experiencing health issues related to his throat.
Changsub visited the hospital, and the doctor encouraged him to take a break, refraining from singing as it “could strain his throat,” which is already not in good condition. Consequently, Changsub is going on a temporary hiatus, canceling his schedules and postposting some activities until he recovers.

We would like to inform you about the health status and future activities of our artist Lee Changsub.
Lee Changsub recently visited the hospital for consultation and check-up because his throat was in poor condition. The medical staff advised him to refrain from singing and other activities that put strain on his throat.
In accordance with the doctor’s recommendation, we are adjusting future schedules, excluding the BTOB fan concert scheduled, in order to treat and manage the condition of his throat. We ask for your understanding in advance that he may cancel or postpone [his other scheduled activities].
