BTS‘s stadium world tour, “LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF”, recently came to a close after 20 shows, and market analysts revealed the incredible amount of sales the group brought in just from their ticketing alone.
According to reports, BTS’s ticket sales made nearly $117 million USD. Billboard announced that BTS’s world tour sold 976,283 tickets, with an average of 48,814 tickets per show. They made an average of $5.8 million USD per show just in tickets.
Billboard predicts that with the addition of their world tour popup store sales, official goods sold at the concert stadiums, and their online live broadcast viewer profits, the tour’s total sales will exceed $172 million USD.
BTS’s “LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF” tour ranked #2 on Billboard’s “HOT TOUR” list for 2019, only coming in second after legendary artist Elton John.
