BTS Is Already Making History With “Black Swan” Being The #1 Korean Song On iTunes
They beat out Psy.
BTS released “Black Swan” on January 17, the first single of their upcoming album MAP OF THE SOUL: 7.
Just hours after its release, the song already broke another record!
“Black Swan” reached #1 on iTunes in 93 countries so far, including Slovakia and Cayman Islands.
Considering the song is available in just over a hundred countries, BTS is proving their streaming popularity.
The group beat out previous record-holder Psy whose song “Gangnam Style” reached #1 in 86 countries.
“Black Swan” is now the top Korean song in iTunes history! It is also their sixth single to reach first place on the platform.
