BTS Beats Yoo Jae Suk For Top Spot On Star Ranking

The group BTS topped the star brand reputation ranking ahead of their full-group comeback.

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute measured 279,006,497 pieces of star brand big data from December 29, 2025, to January 29, 2026, analyzing consumer behavior to assess participation, media, communication, and community indices related to star brands. This represents a 24.13% increase compared to the 224,769,093 pieces of star brand big data recorded in December.

BTS ranked first with a participation index of 196,938, media index of 2,309,298, communication index of 3,664,959, and community index of 4,453,934, resulting in a brand reputation index of 10,625,128. This shows a 62.84% increase compared to their December brand reputation index of 6,524,949.

In second place, Yoo Jae Suk’s brand recorded a participation index of 408,534, media index of 1,972,953, communication index of 2,870,230, and community index of 2,063,566, with a brand reputation index of 7,315,283. This is a 111.14% increase compared to his December score of 3,464,606.

In third place, Lim Young Woong’s brand showed a participation index of 571,838, media index of 1,313,838, communication index of 2,875,913, and community index of 2,478,639, totaling a brand reputation index of 7,240,227, marking a 16.71% rise from the December figure of 6,203,714.

In fourth place, IVE had a participation index of 209,199, media index of 1,228,158, communication index of 2,912,562, and community index of 2,767,570, resulting in a brand reputation index of 7,117,488, which is a 60.64% increase compared to December’s 4,430,619.

In fifth place, BLACKPINK recorded a participation index of 120,081, media index of 1,136,004, communication index of 2,255,694, and community index of 2,817,506, for a total brand reputation index of 6,329,284, reflecting a 60.76% growth from the December figure of 3,937,201.
