While TXT will be performing at Disneyland, J-Hope is one of four artists that will be performing from Times Square.

BTS previously performed twice as a group for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, but this will mark J-Hope’s first solo performance on the popular show.

The BTS member smoothly arrived for rehearsals, dancing to the stage as the crowd erupted in cheers, screaming his name.

It was drizzling during his rehearsals, and fans were immediately charmed as J-Hope danced in the rain, wearing a trendy color-block Ralph Lauren hoodie.

With every step J-Hope took, screams from the crowd drowned out the performance, showing just how many ARMYs were present to support Hobi in his solo activities. J-Hope’s representative BT21 character Mang’s headbands could be seen throughout the crowd.

While fans sang along, J-Hope even had Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve staff members dancing along during his rehearsals for “Chicken Noodle Soup.”

Even though it was just rehearsals, J-Hope worked the crowd as if he was putting on a concert, showing the hard work and dedication for which BTS has come to be known and loved.
