BTS Jimin’s Live Vocals After Rehearsal Lip Syncing Allegations Gain Attention
BTS recently kicked off their ARIRANG world tour, following the release of their album of the same name.
The tour began with three dates in Goyang, and will proceed across the world for the next year.
However, following the tour’s opening, Jimin was hit with lip-sync allegations.
A viral clip of the idol sparked accusations that he was lip-syncing even during a rehearsal.

Now, Jimin’s live vocals have attracted attention online again.
On April 17, the group performed the first of two dates in Tokyo at the Tokyo dome, which was live streamed online for fans around the world to watch. There were plenty of surprises for fans, including the inclusion of one of the group’s Japanese tracks from nearly a decade ago.

In the midst of the many viral clips, one of Jimin singing his part in the song was shared online from the show.

The clip has since circulated, with many commenting on Jimin’s live vocals and how he could be heard over the backtrack.
