BTS’s Jungkook Addresses Questions About His Relationship Status After Alleged Sasaeng Video Circulated Online

He also addresses the option of taking legal action.

BTS‘s Jungkook has addressed questions about his relationship status after an alleged sasaeng video of the idol circulated online.

BTS’s Jungkook

The video was posted by a netizen and it was allegedly of Jungkook’s apartment where the idol was seen with a girl, with many pointing out the similarities of their apartments and even the “appearance” of his dog Bam. Yet, due to the blurry quality, the claims that the man is Jungkook were not confirmed.

On September 2, Jungkook went live on Stationhead to chat with fans. During the broadcast, Jungkook must’ve seen many comments about his relationship status as the idol had to address the fact he doesn’t have one, even asking fans to stop talking about it.

Everyone, I don’t have a girlfriend. I don’t have a girlfriend. I’m not meeting anyone. I only want to work, so I don’t feel a need to. Stop talking about it! I don’t have one! I don’t have one so just stay still! I don’t have one

Yet, while the idol didn’t directly address the video, many believe Jungkook might have some awareness as he read a comment about “suing” someone and focused on sharing love with ARMYs and not giving “them” attention.

There’s no need to sue them. Just leave it be. Leave it be, leave it be. This just gives them attention. If you don’t give them attention, they won’t do that. Thank you. I love you (ARMYs). Let me embrace you with love.

While idols tend to allow their K-Pop companies to address rumors, Jungkook’s willingness to speak about more taboo topics and things being said about him has come as a comfort to ARMYs.
