How popular is BTS in Japan? LINE conducted a survey to find out!

LINE, a popular communication app, asked over 600,000 users in Japan to choose their favorite male idol group. BTS ranked #1 across the board for female voters (orange) in all surveyed age groups: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+.

BTS ranked #1 with male voters aged 10-19, and took the top spot in the Top 10 overall, surpassing the veteran J-Rock band TOKIO, along with the J-Pop idol groups King & Prince, EXILE, and many more.
