BTS And Megan Thee Stallion Will Premiere “Butter” Remix At The 2021 AMAs
The 2021 American Music Awards just got “hotter, sweeter, cooler, butter,” thanks to BTS and Megan Thee Stallion!
Today, BTS announced that they will be joining forces with their collaborator, rapper Megan Thee Stallion, at the AMAs to premiere the “Butter” remix. This is the first time BTS and Megan Thee Stallion will be performing the song together, live and in person.
Could that mean we will be seeing a rendition of J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook‘s “Butter” remix choreography at the show? Fingers crossed!
BTS have been nominated for “Artist of the Year,” “Favorite Pop Duo or Group,” and “Favorite Pop Song” at the AMAs, while Megan Thee Stallion has been nominated for “Favorite Female Artist Rap/Hip-Hop,” “Favorite Trending Song,” and “Favorite Album Rap/Hip-Hop.”
The 2021 AMAs will take place at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theatre on Sunday, November 21 at 8 PM ET on ABC. Here’s how fans are reacting to the news:
