In an interview with Jimmy Fallon, Suga re-affirmed his love for the rapper. He revealed that the first album he ever bought was one of Eminem’s.

It was about fifteen or sixteen years ago and I really loved his music.

Last 2017, Suga stated that Eminem’s Curtain Call: The Hits was the one that he chose. Released in 2005, it’s a collection of his most popular singles with four additional new songs.

But what did his parents think about his choice? It’s no secret that Eminem’s songs have numerous curse words that would make many parents alert. Luckily, it wasn’t just Suga who was unaware of this, but his mom and dad as well!

Translations for the lyrics weren’t really available back then so I really couldn’t understand what the lyrics were about. So apparently my parents were okay with it.

He added, “They said it was okay” because “they could not understand what the lyrics were saying.”
