BTS's Tattoo Artist Reveals A Close-Up Photo Of V's "7" Friendship Tattoo, Seemingly Confirming That He Had It Done With Jungkook

On December 16, 2022, V finally revealed his tattoo after sharing some photos and videos from his recent trip to Mexico. Zooming in, it was clear that after months of speculation, V finally revealed that his “7” friendship tattoo was on his leg, just above his knee.

After the tattoos have been revealed by the members, the tattoo artist Polyc SJ has been sharing his own photos of the artwork, with the permission of the members.

On January 3, Polyc SJ shared some close-up photos of V’s tattoo. Although the photos posted by V showed the tattoos, they were quite far away, and the most recent shot from the Instagram account is a zoomed-in version of the beautifully unique “7” design for the idol.

Along with the photo, netizens believe that the artist also shared that V had his tattoo done with Jungkook. There had been some confusion in photos shared of the studio. Netizens had noticed that V’s signature wasn’t there, which led to many believing he hadn’t got one.

In his Instagram story, Polyc SJ explained that he had become so overwhelmed with notifications that he forgot.

Many of you were asking why V’s signature was not in the shop. When I uploaded Jungkook’s work, there were so many Instagram notifications, so I got overwhelmed that I forgot to get it. I hope this answered your curiosity.

Although for some ARMYs, it was exciting to hear that V went to get his tattoo with Jungkook, it was something that was basically revealed by V in 2022.

After their pre-recording for M Countdown in June 2022, where V wowed with his duality, the idol surprised fans by turning on a live broadcast.
