BTS‘s V is well known to be a breaker of records, but he’s set a new record in music history by becoming the first Korean solo artist to sweep the top 3 rankings of Amazon’s song chart!

On June 3, three of V’s solo songs topped the US Amazon Bestseller Song chart. “Inner Child”, his solo track from “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7” took #1, and “Sweet Night” fromΒ Itaewon Class‘s OST single and OST album took #2 and 3 respectively.

No other Korean soloist had marked this feat in history to date! Amazon’s Bestseller Song chart ranks the most sold digital song per hour. That means V’s three solo songs were the most popular in all of the United States.

The new record comes just in time to celebrate V’s anniversary of when he was first introduced to the world by BigHit Entertainment back in 2013. Fans began trending hashtags “#7YearsWithTaehyung” and “#BTSV” to celebrate his birth to the K-Pop world!

V is currently preparing to drop more solo songs following his many hits, like “Scenery”, “Winter Bear”, and more. Will his mixtape be dropping soon to celebrate his anniversary?

Stay tuned for more of the legend they call V!

Meanwhile, check out his top solo tracks below!
