BTS’s V Has The Most Relatable Attitude Toward Dieting And Working Out
BTS‘s V is one relatable king!
V has talked about his attitude toward dieting a few times over the years. Way back in 2016, he said “if you’re not stressed when you’re eating, you won’t gain weight” during a live stream. Now, 5 years later, he mentioned dieting in another live stream.
V went live after performing at the PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE concert, and he told ARMYs that he’s been on a diet lately. However, he decided to cheat on his diet a little because there was fried chicken at the hotel. He said, “I got myself some chicken after a hard day.” We can definitely relate to his “treat yourself” attitude!
When Jimin joined him in his hotel room for the live stream, V told him all about his diet struggles and how hard it was for him to stick to a consistent workout schedule. He said, “I…have thought about working out for about 3,000 times,” which is honestly way too relatable for anyone who can’t seem to find the perfect exercise routine for them.
Although V may struggle to fit workouts in regularly, he does go to the gym when he gets a chance!
After he talked about working out for a bit, V opened up about his diet to Jimin. He said he was struggling to stick to the diet, too, and Jimin asked, “It’s not easy, right?”
V agreed, and he said, “I’m not used to this.” He also told Jimin that he’d cheated on his diet last night.
Although V cheated on his diet twice in a row, it looks like he’s making an effort to eat healthier, which is a huge achievement on its own. He seems to be striking a great balance between eating healthy foods and indulging in his favorite foods, and we hope he remembers the advice he gave to ARMYs in 2016 about not getting stressed while you eat!
