BTS’s J-Hope Receives 100M Badge With “Chicken Noodle Soup”
BTS’s J-Hope has made it onto K-Pop Radar’s 2019 First 100M Badge list with his song, “Chicken Noodle Soup.” Space Oddity created K-Pop Radar as a platform to track data about artists and fans.
For the 2019 First Time 100M Badge category, they revealed ten artists who have hit 100M views for the first time on a music video since their debut.
Out of the ten groups, BTS’s J-Hope was one of the artists to make it on the list with his song, “Chicken Noodle Soup.” This song hit 100M views in just 38 days, becoming the fastest out of the ten teams to reach this goal.
He beat his other 100M view music video, “Daydream,” by 482 days.
Congrats to J-Hope, our amazing ray of sunshine!
Other groups seen on this list are Wanna One, (G)I-DLE, Girls’ Generation-Oh!GG, NU’EST, Sunmi, IZ*ONE, SISTAR, and NCT U.
K-Pop Radar also predicts that EXID and TXT will enter this list next year.
